π Before you rush into 2026β¦ pause. Check your emotional climate. π
When you look back on 2025, what dominated your inner world?
Were you constantly busy?
Were you anxious more than you wanted to be?
Were you deeply grateful?
Hopeful?
Exhausted?
Effortful to the point of burnout?
No emotion was wrong.
No state was a failure.
One of the first things I learned in psychology training was this:
You must stay open to all of your feelings.
So instead of judging yourself, simply ask:
β¨ What was my emotional climate this year?
β¨ Am I satisfied with how I felt?
β¨ Do I want more of that or less of that next year?
Reflect on the wins.
Acknowledge the setbacks.
Let clarity (not criticism) guide you.
This is not about fixing yourself.
Itβs about seeing yourself.
