Feeling overwhelmed?
Try this before you push harder.

Take a 5–7 minute break.

Put on a guided meditation.
Look up tapping on YouTube.
Listen to something calming and supportive.

When we’re generating worry from inside our own minds, we tend to get worked up. But when we shift into listening mode, our nervous system has a chance to settle.

Listening is calming.
Worrying is activating.

So decide:
“I’m going to restore my calm.”

Use a short meditation. Try tapping. Let someone guide you back to steadiness. Then return to your day from a more grounded place.

Relieve the stress first.
Then take action.

In this week’s episode, Dr. Li shares 10 (plus a bonus!) practical strategies to help you reset and move forward with confidence.
