Before you fix your productivity… Regulate your nervous system.

If you’re constantly telling yourself:
“I’m behind.”
“I’m not doing enough.”
“I should be further along.”

Pause. Instead of pushing harder, ask:
How am I actually feeling?
Is my heart racing?
Is my body tense?
Am I vibing a little too high?
Am I panicky?

Productivity doesn’t improve when your nervous system is fried. It improves when you slow down. Put your hand on your heart. Take 3 slow breaths. Clear the air inside your body.

You don’t have to be a productivity machine. You are a human being first. Calm creates clarity. Clarity creates momentum. Momentum creates results.
